How to cook Pie with pine nut oil and pine nuts

Ingredients:

  • Milk 100 ml
  • Wheat flour 200 g
  • Pine nuts 100 g
  • Sugar 200 g
  • Extra virgin pine nut oil 100 ml
  • Chicken egg 2 pieces
  • 2 egg yolk
  • Baking powder 7 g
  • Vanilla sugar 1 tablespoon

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat the oven to 370 F.
  2. Beat eggs and yolks with sugar until fluffy foam. Pour in pine nut oil, add vanilla sugar and milk, mix well with a spatula or wooden spoon. Add flour, sifted with baking powder, stir until a homogeneous dough, add half of the nuts and stir again.
  3. Put the dough in the prepared baking form and sprinkle with the remaining nuts. Bake 50 min. Leave on for 5-10 minutes in the form, and then finally cool.
