Chocolate truffles with pine nut flakes

Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 g pine nut flakes
  • 50 g sugar (optional)
  • Cocoa powder/chopped nuts

Preparation

Chop the chocolate into pieces and place in a saucepan. Next, heat the cream in another saucepan without bringing it to a boil. When the cream is hot, gently pour it into the chocolate and start stirring until the chocolate is dissolved and then add the pine nut flakes to it. You can add sugar to make the truffles a little sweeter.

Then put it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Once the mass has solidified, shape the truffles. Use a spoon to separate small portions, then roll them into balls. Use cocoa powder or chopped nuts as sprinkles.

Once all the truffles are formed, place them back in the refrigerator for final hardening. Serve them chilled and enjoy the unique taste and aroma of chocolate and pine nut flakes.
