SPA treatments with pine nut products

The time before the holidays is always a lot of bustle and worries. Don’t forget to take care of yourself: find a couple of hours to treat yourself to a spa at home. To do this, simple and natural products are enough, for example, pine nut oil or pine nut flakes.

Relaxing bath

For one bath with warm water you need:

  • 2 tablespoons pine nut oil
  • 4 drops lavender essential oil
  • 1 drop of vetiver essential oil.

This bath will not only help you relax. Pine nut oil and essential oils are good for the skin, they are excellent moisturizers and have anti-inflammatory properties.

Face mask with pine nut oil enriched with sea buckthorn

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers
  • A teaspoon of pine nut oil enriched with sea buckthorn
  • Pine nut flakes 1 teaspoon
  • Natural honey ½ teaspoon
  1. Pour boiling water over chamomile flowers and leave for 3-4 hours.
  2.  Drain the water and grind the chamomile flowers into a homogeneous paste.
  3. Add pine nut oil enriched with sea buckthorn, pine nut flakes, and honey to the paste. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Apply the resulting mixture to your face, avoiding the area around the eyes.
  5. Leave the mask on your face for 15-20 minutes. Afterwards, rinse with warm water.

Warm hand bath

Ingredients:

  • Pine nut oil 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon essential oil 2-3 drops
  • Sea salt 1 tablespoon
  1. Add 2-3 drops of lemon essential oil to sea salt and mix thoroughly.
  2.  Heat the water to 35-40 °C.
  3. Add salt with essential oil and pine nut oil to the water. Stir thoroughly until the salt is completely dissolved.
  4. Dip your hands into the water. The procedure time is 10-15 minutes. After this, pat your hands dry with a towel without rubbing.

Renewing scrub

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon coarse sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons pine nut oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons pine nut flakes
  1. Combine all products and mix well.
  2. Apply the scrub to your body, paying special attention to problem areas, such as those with cellulite or stretch marks.
  3. Massage for 7-10 minutes.
  4. Rinse off any remaining product with warm water. Apply nourishing milk or body cream to your skin.
