Spinach, Feta and Pine Nut Spread
								How to cook Spinach, Feta and Pine Nut Spread
Ingredients:
- Frozen Spinach 300 g
 - Garlic spread 1.5 tsp
 - Mascarpone cheese 230 g
 - Natural yoghurt 0.3 cups (optional)
 - Pine Nuts ¼ cup
 - Feta Cheese 120g
 
Cooking Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the mascarpone and feta cheeses until smooth. Add the finely chopped spinach and garlic. Mix well and add yogurt (optional). Beat lightly and add the nuts.
 - TIP TO RECIPE: Serve with crackers, toasted pita or/and fresh vegetables.
