How to cook Spinach, Feta and Pine Nut Spread
  • Frozen Spinach 300 g
  • Garlic spread 1.5 tsp
  • Mascarpone cheese 230 g
  • Natural yoghurt 0.3 cups (optional)
  • Pine Nuts ¼ cup
  • Feta Cheese 120g
Cooking Instructions:
  1. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone and feta cheeses until smooth. Add the finely chopped spinach and garlic. Mix well and add yogurt (optional). Beat lightly and add the nuts.
  2. TIP TO RECIPE: Serve with crackers, toasted pita or/and fresh vegetables.
