Lost or Damaged Packages

SiberianPineNutOil.org cannot be held liable for damage to the package during shipment. If damage or loss of package occurs during shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact a postal company office to file a claim. If there are any questions, please email us with any questions or concerns that postal company has in regards to the shipment. We will provide all of the necessary information to postal company within a reasonable timeframe. Requests for lost or damaged packages are accepted within 6 months from the date of the order.

SiberianPineNutOil.org does not provide shipping to the customer.

For shipping the service is purchased from third parties (USPS, UPS, Canada Post, Deutche Post). From the moment of buying the shipping service from the above-mentioned companies all of the responsibility on the customer’s order is passed on to the provider of the shipping service.

All issues related to transportation, delivery, loss of purchased goods from our website are under the accountability of the aforementioned companies.

All concerns on the above-mentioned issues can only be forwarded to the above-mentioned carriers in accordance to with their rules and regulations.
