Externally ideal for skin

I use pine resin for external use. I do not know what results the sap gives when taken internally, but I note that the use of sap of pine externally is ideal for skin – either for inflammatory processes or cosmetic purposes. It very quickly relieves inflammation and improves skin (I can say that it is better than any French creams, while the sap is a completely natural remedy). Therefore I recommend it, regardless of age!
